HeartMath European Symposium

The HeartMath European Symposium 2.0, held in Crete in November 2025, stands as one of the most complex and internationally oriented productions delivered by Alternative Media to date. Designed as a four-day immersive gathering, the symposium brought together scientific authority, applied knowledge, and high-level experiential learning within a fully integrated conference and retreat format.

Hosted at the Lyttos Beach Resort, the event welcomed an international audience of professionals from healthcare, education, coaching, research, and organizational leadership. Participants travelled from multiple European countries to engage with the latest developments in heart–brain coherence, emotional self-regulation, and human performance, presented through a carefully curated program that balanced intellectual depth with embodied experience.

The symposium featured the core leadership of the HeartMath Institute, including Howard Martin, Deborah Rozman, PhD, and Rollin McCraty, PhD, alongside Lynne McTaggart, whose work on collective intention expanded the scope of the event beyond conventional scientific discourse.
